  • This security payment will be deducted from the first year’s PG course tuition if the candidate enrolls in the designated seat.
  • The security money will be forfeited and the candidates will not be allowed to compete in the stray or subsequent round if they are assigned a seat in Round 3 according to their preferences but do not join on that seat.

  • Candidates who were assigned a seat during the All India Quota or in any State up until Round 3 of counseling are not eligible for a stray or subsequent round of counseling. However, a candidate may withdraw with the forfeiture of the security deposit if he does not want a Round-2 seat.
  • The security amount charge will be forfeited if the candidate provides false information during registration, which could lead to a seat being assigned and then canceled during document verification, or if they are unable to provide the necessary documentation during document verification.
  • Clause 10(xv) of the Government of Haryana notification dated November 10, 2025 states that “vacant seats (if any) shall be reverted back to their original category(ies) of seats as per State Reservation Policy and filled up as per merit after conversion (for example, BC-A seat to BC-B and finally to UR) and filled up in the third round itself for both Government and Private Institutes.” However, candidates from the original category of the vacant seat from the previous round will be given priority if a seat becomes available in any category after the third round. If the seat is still open, it will be filled according to the system in the third round, and so forth.
