The 2010 Nissan Murano is one of the new crossovers that most all of the manufacturers are making nowadays. The Infinity M35 is very similar to the Murano. Just costs more. For 2010 the Murano comes in three different trim levels. The basic model is the Murano S. Then comes the Murano SL and then the top of the line Murano SE. he Murano has been a real good seller for Nissan because you sure see a lot of them on the road. I talked to a guy the other day in the parking lot at King Soopers that has one of the first ones to come out and he has over 150,000 miles on it and hasn’t had a bit of trouble with it. That speaks pretty well for the Murano. If you keep the fluids changed and do the maintenance there is no reason they shouldn’t las a quarter million miles easy. THe LE model has all the S and SL feaures plus 20″ aluminum alloy wheels and silver roof rails; HID bi-functional Xenon protector headlights; power liftgate; rearview monitor; digital Boase audio system with 9 speakers and two subwoofers (BOOM makers); Blue-tooth Hands -Free Pkone system; Interface System for IPod; leather appointed front and rear seats; dual panel sunroof; Nissan Hard Drive Navigaion Sytem with XM NavTraffic andA9.3 GB music box hard drive and CompactFlash card reader. All the 2010 Nissan Murano models use the 3.5 liter DOHC, 24 valve V-6 engine. It develops 285 horsepower at 6000 RPM They have Continuously Variable ValveTiming System, Nissan Direct Ignition System with iridium double tipped spark plugs and electronic drive-by-wire throttle. All the Muranos come AWD but you can get just front wheel drive. Why would you even want to special order a non AWD. The Murano uses the Xtronic Continuously Variable transmission. Nissan has all the latest safety and handling systems. The Murano is a five passenger vehicle with fold-down rear seats which can give you a olt of room for all your gear on a trip. The 2010 Nisan Murano S starts at $28,850 and a tricked out out LE can go to $44,435. There are 8 available exterior colors and 2 cloth, and 3 leather seat color choices. My choice would be Merlot with Beige Leather Interior. The Murano is a nice handling and driving crossover. Check one out!
