Most mechanics will tell you helpful advice.. The mechanics that just want your money to give you advice, will normally come across arrogant and brief. I am a mecahnic in a regional town of NSW, Australia. It is always our best interest to provide helpful customer service, and helpful advice to people that really don’t know much about what is under the hood of their vehicle. Remember though, that a mechanic will not normally look over your car for free, he will normally give you advice based on the information you told him.. Get as many quotes as you can for the job required on your vehicle.. Aim at choosing the mechanic that is medium priced.. Because you do get what you pay for.
