Uttarakhand NEET PG Counselling 2025- 3rd Round Important Information
Eligibility Requirements for Uttarakhand 3rd Round NEET PG Counselling 2025:
Following new registration, students in the following categories are qualified for the Uttarakhand State NEET PG-2025 Online Centralized Round-III of Counseling:
- The qualified and interested applicants who have already registered for rounds I and II but have not yet been assigned a seat.
- In round III of counseling, all candidates who were admitted against the seats assigned in rounds I and II are eligible for seat, college, and quota upgrades.
- Candidates may also participate in round III of counseling if they were not accepted during rounds I and II of allotment or if they withdrew after being accepted.
- New, NEET PG qualified applicants who want to take part in counseling in round three.
Registration Process & Fee Payment for Uttarakhand NEET PG 3rd Round Counselling:
- It is recommended that applicants who registered in rounds I and II do not register for round III counseling if they are not interested in participating or if they are happy with their assigned seat. in order to stop the practice of seat blockage and to distribute the seats to the qualified registered candidates in order of merit.
- Candidates who have already registered and want to switch colleges (private or public) can do so by choosing one of the following options and paying the re-registration fee:
- Candidates who participated in rounds I and II and chose government colleges only after paying the required security fee will need to pay a security fee of Rs 200,000 for round II (the security deposit paid in rounds I or II will be refunded separately).
- Candidates who took part in rounds I and II and paid the required security fee of Rs. 200000.00 for both private and government colleges but now wish to choose only government colleges are exempt from having to pay the security fee again (the remaining security fee paid in rounds I or II will be refunded separately).
- In order to participate in round III of counseling, candidates who have already paid the registration fee and security deposit but have not completed the online application form in rounds I and II must re-register and provide all required information; otherwise, they will not be taken into consideration for round III of counseling. The candidate does not need to pay the registration and security fee deposit again, but they must make a new selection for round III.
- Candidates must pay the registration fee, complete the necessary information, pay the security fee, and fill out the choice form in accordance with the rules if they have not yet contributed the registration or security fees.
Documents Uploading:
Candidates must fill out the online application completely, upload their signature and photo (as provided in NEET PG-2025), and enter all other pertinent information in the corresponding box. It is also recommended that candidates double-check their entries and information before submitting them. Candidates must print the completed form (hard copy) after submitting it. It is recommended that candidates keep a copy of the form they submitted to the university for future reference and inquiries.
Uttarakhand NEET PG counselling 3rd Round Correction Portal:
If a candidate wants to change any information after the final submission, they must pay an extra Rs. 500 each editing session (only online option). After logging in, the candidate must click the “PAY CORRECTION FEE” tab. No time extension will be allowed for information correction under any circumstances. Once the prior entries have been edited, the hard copy of the printout will be considered null and void.
Choice Filling & Locking Process:
Candidates will not be qualified for round-III seat 2 allocation if they do not fulfill the requirements of round-III counseling, including reregistration, registration fee deposit, security fee deposit (if applicable), and fresh choice filling within the allotted period. Therefore, it is recommended that candidates study the counseling schedule and finish the requirements within the allotted time.
Seat Allotment Process:
For NEET PG-2025 Uttarakhand State Round-III of Online Centralized Counseling, all available State Quota seats and All India Open Quota seats would be distributed solely based on the NEET PG-2025 merit-cum-preferences of the interested qualified candidates.
In the third round of counseling, the seats that are still open in the vertical and horizontal categories due to the lack of qualified, interested, registered candidates will be transferred to other categories in accordance with the regulations.
Print Out the Seat Allotment Letter & Filled Choices:
Candidates are required to save a completed printout of their choosing for later use. Regardless of the seat status indicated in the seat matrix, all interested and qualified candidates are encouraged to choose as many options as they like.
These options will only be available during the third counseling round.
College Reporting & Admission:
The candidate will have access to the allotment letter and any required instructions via the university website. At the time of admission to the designated college, the candidate must present a printout of this allotment letter. The deadline for admission will not be extended.
Candidates who have been assigned a seat must physically appear at the relevant college with the necessary original documentation for verification and the remaining fee (apart from the advance tuition fee) for admission confirmation.
Candidates who were admitted against the Uttarakhand State NEET PG-2025 round-I and round-II counseling seat assignment have one final chance to withdraw from their assigned seat and forfeit their security deposit. The seat must be vacated online only by May 1, 2026, at 5:00 PM. Under no circumstances will the candidate be allowed to leave their position after May 1, 2026, at 5:00 PM.
Security Deposit & Forfeiture Rules:
The clause/condition of Security fee forfeiture will apply in Round III, so candidates are urged to carefully consider their options. It is recommended that candidates not choose a certain subject, specialization, college, or quota during the option filling process if they are not interested in it.
Candidates will forfeit their security deposit if they participate in round III counseling, fill out options only to take a chance, and then fail to show up to the designated college. However, if they pay the security fee once more, they will be qualified for the following round.
A candidate’s security deposit is forfeited if they are not admitted to the seat designated for round III of counseling. These candidates are not eligible to take part in additional counseling rounds or stray vacancies.
Seat Upgradation & Resignation Rules:
- The seat granted in the first and second rounds will be automatically canceled and given to the next eligible registered candidate if the candidate receives the allotment against the new option. Any errors made by candidates throughout the choice-filling process will not be the responsibility of the counseling board or university.
- The candidate will keep the seat they were given in the first and second rounds if they are not allocated against the new choice. However, under this circumstance, candidates will not be allowed to leave or give up their round-I and round-II seats within the time frame specified by the counseling board.
- The candidate will keep the seat assigned in the first and second rounds and will not be allowed to abandon or relinquish the admitted seat of rounds I and II if they do not receive the allotment against the new option.
- Candidates who allotted a PG seat in the third round of seat distribution will not be allowed to leave or give up the seat. If the candidate is careless, the counseling board will not be held accountable.
Other Important Points:
- Only the NMC-Designated Medical Board may issue a PWD category certificate. Following the announcement of the round-III results, the comprehensive process and details about the admissions process will be uploaded separately.
- The Stray Round of Counseling will only take place if there are open seats, and specific instructions will be communicated separately.
- Any or all of the aforementioned laws and regulations may be modified in accordance with directives from the State Government, the Hon’ble Court, or regulatory organizations.
- Candidates who are already under bond for mandatory service in Uttarakhand must meet the requirements outlined in the bond or as periodically stated by the State government, DGH&FW, Uttarakhand, and the Hon’ble High Court. Any legal difficulties pertaining to such bond or service terms will not be the responsibility of the Counseling Board or the University.
- The requirements outlined in their service regulations must also be met by in-service applicants from the State of Uttarakhand, other states, the central government, PSU, etc.
- Neither the tuition nor any other fees will be deducted from the security charge. Only one month after Round III of counseling is finished will the excess deposit (if any) and security fee (if not forfeited) be reimbursed separately.
- A candidate is qualified to compete in subsequent rounds if they register for round III and are not given a seat.
