Notification for Online Registration – Management Quota Seats (NEET PG 2025)
Notification is hereby issued for online registration to determine the merit position for web-based counselling for admission into PG Medical (MD/MS/DNB) courses under Management Quota seats.

The tuition fee applicable for Management Quota seats shall be as notified by the Government of Telangana vide G.O.Ms.No.107, HM&FW (C1) Department, dated 28.07.2023.
This notification is exclusively for online registration of candidates seeking admission under Management Quota seats only.

Merit List & Verification
- The merit position of registered candidates will be prepared based on:
- NEET PG 2025 score
- Eligibility criteria
- Verification of uploaded certificates
- Final verification of original certificates will be conducted at the time of admission at the allotted college by the Admission Committee.
Important Notes
- For eligibility conditions and detailed application procedure, candidates are advised to refer to the detailed notification and prospectus available on the KNRUHS website dated 04.10.2025.
- Candidates who have already registered earlier under Management Quota are NOT eligible to register again.
Management Quota (MQ) – PG Medical Counselling Instructions
Reservation of Seats
- As per the State Private Universities Act, 25% of MQ-1 seats in Neelima Institute of Medical Sciences are reserved for candidates belonging to the State of Telangana.
Eligibility for Exercising Web-Options
Candidates must fulfill ALL the following conditions:
Eligible Candidates
- Candidates whose online uploaded certificates were provisionally verified
- Candidates whose names are included in the Final Merit List for PG Medical Admissions
- Final Merit List published on the KNRUHS, Warangal website
- Candidates who were allotted seats in the 1st phase and joined the course are eligible to exercise web-options

Web-Options Procedure
- Eligible candidates must exercise web-options online using a computer with internet access.
- Web-options must be exercised through the official website:
https://pvttspgmed.tsche.in - Candidates must select Post Graduate Medical Degree/Diploma seats as per their order of preference.
- Seat allotment will be done based on merit, eligibility, category, and availability.
Category-wise Allotment
- Candidates registered under MQ-1 / MQ-2 (NRI) categories will be considered only for the category/categories they registered for.
- No cross-category consideration will be allowed.
Fee Details – Management Quota (PG Medical Counselling)
University Fee
- All allotted candidates must pay the University Fee online through the designated payment gateway to download the allotment order.
- Candidates who have already paid the University Fee in the First Phase of counselling are exempted from paying it again.

INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES (Management Quota – PG Medical Counselling)
Web Options & Eligibility:
- Eligible NEET-PG-2025 qualified candidates, whose names appear in the final merit list for Management Quota, can exercise web options for PG Degree/Diploma seats in all Medical Colleges as per their interest, priority, eligibility and registration under:
- MQ-1
- MQ-2 (NRI category)
- Candidates are advised to carefully read the Prospectus for PG Medical Degree/Diploma courses of KNRUHS, available on the official website, before exercising web options.
- There is no limit on the number of web options. Candidates may exercise options for any number of courses and colleges as per their eligibility and interest.
- Candidates should exercise web options only for those courses and colleges in which they are genuinely interested to join. If not interested, options should not be exercised for such seats.
University Fee & Tuition Fee:
- University Fee (Mandatory):
Allotted candidates must pay the University Fee online through the payment gateway to download the allotment order.
Candidates who have already paid the University Fee in the first phase need not pay again. - Tuition Fee:
Tuition Fee shall be paid at the respective Medical College and will be as notified by the Government of Telangana through relevant Government Orders.
Minority College Rules:
- MQ-1 and MQ-2 (NRI) seats in Minority Medical Colleges shall be allotted only to Muslim Minority candidates.
Muslim Minority candidates are also eligible for Management Quota seats in other Medical Colleges.
Option Filling & Allotment Rules:
- Candidates must exercise web options for MQ-1 and, if eligible, MQ-2 (NRI) strictly in the order of priority for course and college.
Allotment will be done based on merit and the order of preferences exercised. - IMPORTANT:
If a candidate is allotted a seat through web counselling and fails to join, the candidate will not be eligible to participate in subsequent rounds of counselling, to prevent seat blocking. - Web options must be exercised online using a computer with internet connectivity.
- Candidates are advised to exercise options even if seats are not shown as vacant in the seat matrix, as vacancies may arise due to sliding of candidates in subsequent counselling phases.
- If a seat is allotted in this phase, the seat allotted in the 1st phase (if any) will be automatically cancelled and allotted to another candidate.
Candidates must exercise options with full awareness of this sliding rule.
OTP, Saving & Allotment:
- An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to the registered mobile number while saving web options.
The OTP consists of a six-letter code (A–Z). - Candidates are instructed to take a printout of saved web options.
Allotted candidates will receive an SMS notification, and must also check their allotment status on: https://pvttspgmed.tsche.in
Reporting & Admission:
- Selected candidates must download the allotment order after paying the University Fee online (Debit Card / Credit Card / Internet Banking) and report to the Principal of the allotted college on or before the date specified.
- Final verification of original certificates will be conducted at the allotted college.
Any discrepancy will lead to cancellation of provisional allotment and further action as per University regulations. - Candidates must report before the last date of joining, submit original certificates, bonds, and pay tuition/college fees.
Failure to complete admission within the stipulated time will result in automatic cancellation and disqualification from further rounds. - Candidates who slide to another college in subsequent phases must obtain relieving, original certificates, and fee settlement from the previously joined college and report to the new allotted college within time.
NRI & Institutional Quota:
- Candidates allotted seats under NRI Quota must produce:
- Original NRI sponsorship letter
- Copy of passport
- Residence proof
- Bank statement / passbook of the sponsor
- Original certificates will not be returned unless the candidate discontinues or slides to another college.
- Allotment under MQ-3 (Institutional Quota) will be done only after receipt of sponsorship letters from the respective Medical Colleges.
Refund Rule:
- University Fee once paid is non-refundable under any circumstances.
